Raj Saniasy joined LMP as the new Senior Manager of Anatomic Pathology, joining on August 28. Raj’s extensive experience and leadership in histology and cytology labs, as well as his expertise in pathology administration, make him a valuable addition to our department.
Over the past five years at Scarborough Health Network, Raj excelled as a Charge MLT, providing technical expertise, clinical education, and leading the Epic implementation. Prior to that, Raj worked as a Pathologist Assistant at Hamilton Regional Laboratory Medicine program, excelling in grossing surgical specimens and handling pre-analytical specimen/requisition deficiencies.
As a Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist at William Osler Health System, Raj showcased leadership in ensuring technical quality and acting as a safety and LIS super-user. He also excelled in routine histopathology and specialized areas at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
Raj’s skills in process improvement, project management, and conflict resolution, along with his Epic experience, will contribute significantly to our department’s growth. We eagerly anticipate his contributions in enhancing our Anatomic Pathology services and providing exceptional healthcare to our patients.
