Lawrence Yoong started his career more than fifty years ago, a large and formidable number. Over the years, Lawrence worked in many different areas including core lab, research, and technical work for papers, neuro, and histology.
His dedication, encouragement, guidance and support will serve as an inspiration to colleagues.
We will miss hearing the proud grandfather speak of his grandchildren’s wonderful accomplishments and seeing the joy in his face. Retirement is a very special time to celebrate both past accomplishments and all that is yet to come.
For all his hard work, for all the help he has given to his colleagues and in turn patients, we wish Lawrence a well-deserved retirement. A retirement he will enjoy travelling the world with his wife and getting to spend more time with his children and grandchildren.
